About Us

Fekoskan is the Federation of Financial Cooperatives in Curacao. Fekoskan officially started in April 1961 and was founded by Curacao’s financial cooperatives (Credit Unions). Since then, Fekoskan has been the representative and advisory body, at the national and international level, for (the socio-economic, financial, and cultural) development of financial cooperatives in Curaçao.

Fekoskan operates as a platform where people interested in or want to become a member of a Credit Union and where people who want to learn more about or want to start a cooperative come together.

 

 

Board of Directors

Fekoskan's Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the organization. Our membership democratically elects board members, and board members serve three-year terms. Fekoskan holds annual elections to fill the vacant seats and announces new board members during its annual meeting.
